As the leader of the Wise Up to Rise Up Foundation, my executive vision is to strategically expand our reach and impact, enriching the lives of youth through mentorship and engaging experiences. Our focus is on building robust partnerships with community organizations, programs, and individuals, while expanding our network to include foster homes and group homes. By providing specific and impactful opportunities, we aim to inspire and support the next generation to achieve academic and social success, particularly in underserved neighborhoods like the inner city neighborhoods of Houston, Texas.
Upcoming Initiatives and Goals
1. Fundraiser at K1 Speed Go-Karting :
Scheduled for August 1st, this exciting event will see us partnering with K1 Speed Go-Karting to receive twenty percent of the profits. This fundraiser is crucial for generating the necessary funds to support our ongoing and future initiatives.
2. Free Go-Karting Experience :
Pending approval for November, we are planning a collaboration with K1 Speed Company to offer free go-karting experiences for youth in foster care programs and group homes. This initiative aims to provide these children with a thrilling and memorable day, enhancing their overall well-being through fun and community engagement.
3. Topgolf Experience :
In addition to our go-karting initiative, we are organizing a free Topgolf experience. This event will provide a unique and enjoyable outing for the youth, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
4. Non-Profit Organization Fair :
Our upcoming non-profit organization fair is designed to bridge the gap between non-profits and for-profit companies that support charitable causes. This fair will facilitate access to grants, in-kind donations, and spirit night fundraisers, enhancing the capacity of non-profits to serve their communities effectively.

We are planning a premium fundraising gala aimed at raising significant funds for our initiatives in the coming year. In collaboration with Houston Public Libraries, we are hosting a motivational speaking event for the kids in the community.
